On page 3, line 33 of the amendment, after "Only the" strike all material through "board's" on line 35 and insert "director of the department of commerce or the director's"

EFFECT: Removes the authority of the nonprofit board of directors to authorize expenditures from the WGHTPD account, and instead provides the department of commerce director or the director's designee with that authority.
