    On page 2, line 27 of the amendment, after "found" insert ".  For purposes of this subsection, the term "pet" shall not include reptiles"

    On page 4, line 36 of the amendment, after "respondent" insert ".  For purposes of this subsection, the term "pet" shall not include reptiles"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Clarifies that the term "pet" does not include reptiles.
