    On page 10, line 19 of the amendment, after "(15)"  insert "(a)"

    On page 10, after line 23 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "(b) Child care centers does not include a child care center that is operated, supervised, controlled, or principally supported by a church or religious center"

EFFECT:   Exempt churches and religious centers from the bill.
