    On page 11, beginning on line 25 of the amendment, after "41.56.122, the" strike all material through "collecting" on line 27 and insert "child care center directors and workers and the exclusive bargaining representative shall agree to"

EFFECT:   Requires that the child care center directors and workers and the exclusive bargaining representative agree to a representation fee.
