    On page 11, beginning on line 29 of the amendment, after "chapter." strike all material through "representative" on line 33 and insert "The representation fee must be paid directly from the child care center directors and workers to the exclusive bargaining representative on a schedule agreed to by both parties"

EFFECT:   Requires that the child care center directors pay the representation fee directly to the bargaining representative rather than having the representation fee be deducted from the subsidy.
