    On page 24, after line 12 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 15. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2009, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

EFFECT:   Adds a null and void clause stating that if funds are not provided for the bill in the omnibus appropriations act, the act bill will become null and void.
