On page 1, beginning on line 13, after "provided by" strike all material through "18 RCW" on line 15 and insert "licensed mental health professionals, as defined in RCW 71.34.020 or by a mental health professional regulated under Title 18 RCW who is under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional"
EFFECT: Outpatient therapy services must be provided by a licensed mental health professional, or a mental health professional regulated by Title 18 RCW who is under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
