    On page 1, beginning on line 14 after "(a)" strike all material through 82.02.050 on line 15 and insert (((New infrastructure is provided for and impact fees are established consistent with the requirements of RCW 82.02.050;))) "The county demonstrates that on-site infrastructure impacts have been fully considered and mitigated, if necessary;

EFFECT: Requires that a fully contained community must demonstrate that on-site infrastructure impacts have been fully considered and mitigated, if necessary.
