On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "ports;" strike "reenacting and amending RCW 47.06.140;"

EFFECT: (1) Removes the requirement that certain port-related improvements be included in the statewide transportation plan, and instead directs the Transportation Commission to consider whether to add the improvements to the plan.
(2) Removes the designation of key port-related freight transportation corridors as transportation facilities and services of "statewide significance."
