    On page 5, line 1 of the amendment, after "offender" insert "convicted of a sex offense or an offender"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Adds language to provide that offenders convicted of a sex offense are not eligible for an extraordinary medical placement.
