Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively.
EFFECT: (1) Representation on the state route number 520 work
group from the forty-third and forty-eighth legislative districts is
reduced to two legislators.
(2) Currently, there are two legislators on the state route number
520 work group from the forty-fifth and forty-sixth legislative
districts; this amendment would add two legislators from the first and
fifth legislative districts to the work group.
(3) Removes the following from the state route number 520 work
group:
(a) The chairs of the transportation committees and the ability for
them to appoint one additional legislator from the JTC from outside the
state route number 520 corridor area;
(b) The formation of a westside and eastside state route number 520
subgroup; and
(c) The requirement for the state route number 520 work group to
consult the Governor and the legislators representing the primary users
of the state route number 520 corridor.
