On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "systems;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "amending RCW 18.160.050 and 82.02.100; adding a new section to chapter 70.119A RCW; and creating a new section."
EFFECT: Removes an added provision specifying that water distribution system leakage standards adopted in water use efficiency requirements of the Department of Health must include estimated additional metering losses and demand increases due to meter upsizing that is required when a residential fire sprinkler system is installed.
