On page 64, after line 22 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 807 If specific funding for the purposes of
this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not
provided by June 30, 2009, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act
is null and void."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively.
EFFECT: Adds a null and void section to the striking amendment.
