    On page 65, line 2 of the title amendment, after "RCW", strike all material through "28A.185.020;" on line 7 and insert "28A.150.210, 28A.150.250, 28A.150.260, 228A.150.390, 28A.150.380, 28A.230.090, 43.41.400, 28A.415.360, and 28A.305.130;"

EFFECT:  Removes the delineation of which programs that are listed as basic education and the provisions that address each one.  Maintains the early learning working group to develop a program, but removes intent language and the reference to making it basic education.
