    On page 1, line 8, strike "((ten)) thirty" and insert "ten"

    On page 1, line 10, after "law." Insert "During the 2009-11 and 2011-13 biennia, the surcharge shall be thirty dollars."

EFFECT:   Limits the increase in this document recording fee to the 2009-2011 biennium.
