    On page 5, line 9, insert "However, the surcharge for unlawful detainer actions under subsection (2) (a) of this section shall be seven dollars."

EFFECT:   Ensures that the unlawful detainer actions, which currently have a $45 fee, have a fee increase proportional to their current fee amount.
