    On page 1, line 7 after "means." strike "An" through "ballot." on line 9.

    On page 2 line 19 after "(f)" strike "A" through "e-mail" on line 20.

    On page 2 line 21 strike "(g)"

    On page 2, line 25 after "vote" strike "," and insert "and".

    On page 2, line 26 after "ballot" strike ",or transmit a ballot".

EFFECT:   An overseas or service voter may receive a ballot by fax or e-mail but may only return a voted ballot by postal mail.  The voter may contact the county auditor to confirm that the voted ballot was received.
