    On page 3, line 34, after "(b)" insert the following:

""Cost effective" has the same meaning as provided in RCW 80.52.030.

    On page 5, line 15, after "demonstrates" insert "cost effective"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires that energy efficiency measures in the bill must be cost effective.
