    On page 1, line 8, after "RCW 66.24.360", insert ", and a child day care center licensed under chapter 43.215 RCW,"

    On page 1, line 10, after "must" insert "be a child day care center licensed under chapter 43.215 RCW, or must"

    On page 2, line 28, strike all of subsection (6) and insert the following:  "(6) A licensee may advertise a tasting event only within the store or day care center, on a store or day care center web site, in store or day care center newsletters and flyers, and via e-mail and mail to customers who have requested notice of events.  Advertising under this subsection may not be targeted to or appeal principally to youth."

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Allows child day care centers licensed under chapter 43.215 RCW to obtain an endorsement to offer beer and wine tasting from the liquor control board and advertising the tastings.
