    On page 8, after line 22, insert the following:

"(e) No funds from this subsection may be used for a stadium, unless at least ten percent of the tickets sold at the stadium have been deemed affordable to persons or families at 100% of the median income of the county."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Funds may not be used for a stadium unless 10% of the tickets are affordable to persons or families at 100% of the medium income.
