    On page 8, after line 22, insert the following:

    "(e) Funds deposited into the account under this subsection pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(2) must only be used for public transit in the county."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Funds from the 2% rental car tax may only be used for public transit in the county.
