    On page 8, after line 22, insert the following:

    "(e) Funds received into the special account for use under this subsection, pursuant to RCW 82.14.360(1), must be used for programs to prevent obesity."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Revenue from the food and beverage tax must be used for obesity prevention programs.
