    On page 8, after line 22, insert the following:

    "(e) Any capital projects on a public stadium of over ten million dollars, funded under this subsection, must conform to leed platinum standards."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Any capital projects on a public stadium of over ten million dollars, funded under this subsection, must conform to leed platinum standards.
