    On page 8, after line 22, insert the following:

    "(e) Funds deposited into the special account under this subsection from RCW 82.14.360(2) must be used for storm water cleanup in the county."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The 2% rental car tax must be used for storm water cleanup in the county.
