    On page 98, line 28, after "director of financial management" and before the period, insert "or the director's designee"

EFFECT:   Authorizes the Director of Financial Management to appoint a designee for purposes of approving exceptions to the limitations on new employee hires, personal services contracts, equipment purchases, and out-of-state travel and training.
