    On page 3, line 24, after "lanes" insert "that charge tolls only to single-occupant vehicle users"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that vehicles with two people will need to pay a toll to use the I-405 express toll lanes. Single occupant vehicle users will still need to pay.
