On page 1, line 16 of the amendment, after "(3)" insert "Meal breaks shall be on the hospital's time when the employee is required by the hospital to remain on duty on the premises or at a prescribed worksite in the interest of the hospital.
(4)"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.

EFFECT: Provides guidance as to when a meal break is paid or unpaid, which is not specified in the current bill.
