On page 1, beginning on line 16 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (3) and insert the following:
"(3) Reports of missed breaks shall be documented and reported to the hospital's nurse staffing committee established in accordance with RCW 70.41.420."

EFFECT: Modifies the "antiretaliation" provision of the bill to require reports of missed breaks to be reported to the hospital's nurse staffing committee.
