On page 2, after line 5 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(6) This section does not apply to a health care facility certified as a critical access hospital under 42 U.S.C. 1395i-4."

EFFECT: Eliminates the applicability of the meal and rest break provisions of the bill to the state's critical access hospitals.
