    On page 7, line 11 of the amendment, after "(4)(a)", strike all material through "(b)" on line 14

    Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes language which increased the bid limit to $120,000 for which state forces could perform work on ferry vessels.
