On page 5, line 19, after "(b)" strike "For marinas only," and insert "(i) For marinas only, except for marinas under (b)(ii) of this subsection,"

     On page 5, after line 27, insert the following:
     "(ii) (b)(i) of this subsection does not apply to marinas that are located five miles or more from all other marinas. The department shall calculate the rent for such marinas as otherwise provided in this section."
