On page 2, after line 14, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4 The department of ecology is directed to
monitor the statewide ban on products containing bisphenol A identified
in this chapter. The department of ecology may adopt rules as
necessary for the purpose of implementing, administering, and enforcing
this chapter. The sum of fifty thousand dollars is appropriated from
the state toxics control account--state to the department of ecology
for this purpose."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 2, line 15, after "through" strike "3" and insert "4"
