    On page 3, after line 19, insert the following:

"(4) In the case of motorhomes, this section applies only to manufacturer-initiated termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of a franchise."

EFFECT:  For motorhomes, the buyback only applies in the case of a manufacturer-initiated cancellation.
