    On page 3, line 34, after "performance;", strike "or compensation", and insert "compensation; or any executive session"

    On page 5, line 12, after "performance;", strike "or compensation", and insert "compensation; or any executive session"

    On page 7, line 1, after "performance; strike "or compensation" and insert "compensation; or any executive session"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Prohibits the nonvoting member from participating in an executive session.
