    On page 1, line 8 of the amendment, after "authority", strike "serving" and insert "located within"

    On page 1, line 14 of the amendment, after "authority", strike "serving" and insert "located within"

    On page 1, at the beginning of line 22 of the amendment, after "section,", strike "serving" and insert "located within"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the provisions of the bill do not apply to various transit agencies located within rural counties, as opposed to those serving rural counties.
