On page 7, line 22, after "RCW 28A.320.320." insert the following:
"(6) This section applies only to boards of directors of
educational service districts that provide services to school districts
located in a county where the county treasurer is not elected by the
voters."
EFFECT: Only educational service districts that provide services to school districts in counties that do not elect their county treasurer may become their own treasurer.
