On page 2, line 32 of the amendment, after "impoundments;" strike "or
On page 2, line 35 of the amendment, after "1999" insert "; or
(d) Electricity produced from an impoundment located in Washington
that has not generated electricity with water since 1990 and that is
modified or repowered after the effective date of this section to
produce electricity"
EFFECT: Hydroelectricity from an impoundment in Washington that has not generated electricity since 1990 and that is modified or repowered after the effective date of this act is an eligible renewable resource.
