On page 21, line 8 of the amendment, after "legislature" insert "in statute"
On page 21, line 19 of the amendment, after "schedule" insert "to be adopted by the legislature in statute"
On page 21, at the beginning of line 29 of the amendment, strike all material through "schools" and insert "for prototypical schools to be adopted by the legislature in statute"
On page 21, beginning on line 31 of the amendment, after "included in" strike all material through "act" on line 32 and insert "statute"
On page 22, line 17 of the amendment, after "included in" strike all material through "act" and insert "statute"
EFFECT: The legislature adopts the recommendations of the funding work group in statute rather than in the omnibus appropriations act.
