    On page 2, after "NEW SECTION. Sec. 4 ", insert the following:

    "Minors living in a county with more than 200 days of sunshine per year may not go outside without spf 30 sunscreen."

    Renumber the sections accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires minors living in a county with more than 200 days of sunshine per year to wear spf 30 sunscreen before going outside.
