On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "hatcheries;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "creating a new section; and providing an expiration date."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the department of fish and wildlife from soliciting or awarding a surplus salmon disposal contract after the conclusion of the stakeholder process without first giving due consideration to implementing recommendations developed during that process. Delays the expiration date of the bill by one year to December 31, 2011.
