    On page 1, line 14, after "conduct", strike "of", and insert "((of))"

    On page 1, line 16, strike "a public agency as defined in RCW 42.30.020"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes provision allowing only public agency's to pay interest at 2 percentage points above the T-bill rate.  The rate applies to all judgments founded on tortuous conduct.
