    On page 6, line 21, after "RCW 43.136.021", insert the following:  ", except that it shall not include property tax valuations based on current use"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  "Tax Preference" does not include property tax valuations based on current use.
