     AN ACT Relating to revisions to higher education programs to implement the 2009-2011 operating budget.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature intends to adopt legislation to revise higher education programs in order to implement the 2009-2011 operating budget.
