     AN ACT Relating to state pension systems; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature intends to adopt legislation regarding state pension systems in order to implement the 2009-11 operating budget.
