     AN ACT Relating to the use of state lottery proceeds for financial aid for higher education purposes; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature intends to redirect state lottery proceeds to provide additional funding to student financial aid programs.
