     AN ACT Relating to retroactively applying certain intermediate license law amendments made during the 2009 legislative session; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   Section 1, chapter 125, Laws of 2009 applies retroactively to July 1, 2001, the effective date of chapter 115, Laws of 2000, as well as prospectively.
