AN ACT Relating to designating state route number 164 as a highway of statewide significance; and adding a new section to chapter 47.05 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 A new section is added to chapter 47.05 RCW
to read as follows:
The legislature designates state route number 164, as defined in
RCW 47.17.320, as a highway of statewide significance.
