243.03.011, 43.03.012, and 43.03.013.
3BE IT ENACTED BY THE WASHINGTON CITIZENS' COMMISSION ON SALARIES FOR
4ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
5Sec. 1. RCW 43.03.011 and 2009 c ... (SB 5038) s 5004 are each
6amended to read as follows:
7Pursuant to Article XXVIII, section 1 of the state Constitution and
8RCW 43.03.010 and 43.03.310, the annual salaries of the state elected
9officials of the executive branch shall be as follows:

8the governor.
9Sec. 2. RCW 43.03.012 and 2007 c 524 s 2 are each amended to read
10as follows:
11Pursuant to Article XXVIII, section 1 of the state Constitution and
12RCW 2.04.092, 2.06.062, 2.08.092, 3.58.010, and 43.03.310, the annual
13salaries of the judges of the state shall be as follows:
