Requires the attorney general, after receiving a complaint under chapter 59.30 RCW, to initiate the manufactured/mobile home dispute resolution program by obtaining information in an informal manner and facilitating communication between the parties with the goal of resolving the dispute.

Allows the attorney general to investigate a potential violation and issue a notice of violation or notice of nonviolation as appropriate, if, during the course of a formal investigation, the attorney general becomes aware of a potential violation of chapter 59.20 RCW that is not the subject of a complaint filed under chapter 59.30 RCW.
