Allows an authorized volunteer search and rescue organization to seek reimbursement for costs incurred from each person for whose benefit search and rescue activities were conducted, provided that: (1) Reasonable care was not exercised by the individual for whose benefit the search and rescue activities are conducted; or

(2) Applicable laws were violated by the individual.

Creates the volunteer search and rescue account.
